i was absolutely appalled that the ice machine was down. the carpets? outdated, obviously. and to top it off, after this lovely experience, you would think they’d offer a complimentary gesture, but no—just felt like a regular nobody. so disappointing, honestly. i was almost ready to give a good review, but just couldn’t do it.
